Terms of service.

By using Cachos, you agree to these terms. We've tried to keep them short and readable.
Who can use Cachos
You need to be at least 13 years old. You're responsible for anything you do with your account.
Acceptable use
Be the kind of person other players want at the table. That means:
- No harassment or threatening other players.
- No cheating, exploiting bugs, or using automation.
- No reverse-engineering the app, decompiling the client, or trying to break the backend.
- No display names that are hateful, sexual, or impersonate real people.
Account suspension
If you do any of the things in “Acceptable use” we can suspend or terminate your account. Repeat or severe violations get a permanent ban.
The service is provided as-is
We do our best to keep Cachos working, but we can't promise zero downtime, zero bugs, or zero lost rounds. The service is provided without warranties of any kind. We're not liable for indirect or consequential damages — if you lose a round to a network glitch, the legal remedy is “run it back.”
Intellectual property
The Cachos name, app, branding, and code are ours. The rules of Liar's Dice belong to history.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms occasionally. Material changes will be announced in the app and on this page. Continuing to use Cachos after a change means you accept the new terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Cachos is incorporated. Disputes go through the courts in that jurisdiction.
