We're a small team and we read every email. Expect a reply within 1–2 business days. The fastest way to reach us is email — we don't run a chat support team because we'd rather spend that time making the game better.

Quick answers

How do I create a private room?

Tap Create Game on the dashboard, set your player count and dice count, then share the room code with your friends.

How do I join a friend's room?

Tap Join Room, then enter the 6-character code they sent you.

What are bots?

Bots are AI players that fill empty seats. The room owner can add or remove them anytime before the game starts.

What is DUDO?

It's how you call out someone for bluffing. If you're right, they lose a die. If you're wrong, you lose one. Last cup standing wins the table.

My game disconnected — did I lose?

No. Open the app again and your active game will appear on the dashboard. Tap Resume to pick up exactly where you left off.

How do I delete my account?

Email us at privacy@cachos.cash and we'll wipe your account and all gameplay data within 30 days.

Is there an Android version?

Coming soon. We're focused on the iOS launch first; Android is on the roadmap.
